In Social Studies we started learning more about how fossils tell us important information and stories about the past. 

Ask you child: what is a fossil? who are palaeontologist? how are fossils formed? where are fossils found in Alberta? what is petrified wood?

We also continued our learning through the website Brainbashers. Students worked through the 30 second puzzle for the Wednesday EYE Opener and then later in the day worked through other puzzles on the website.
