In Health today we looked at volunteerism and what this could look like at the school level and at home. We learned that volunteerism is about donating time, talent, energy for the benefit of others. Ask your child what they would like to do over the next month to show their understanding of volunteerism.  

In Math, we continued our understanding of place value to ten thousand and tenths/hundredths. We played a strategic dice game to practice this skill.

We also had our first lockdown practice this morning. Ask your child how this practice went for them and the classroom community.
