EYE Opener - Literacy
This morning we worked on consonant blends - l, r, s. We then took this words and created funny and silly tongue twisters.
Here are a few student examples:
A dark donut got dunked by a dish.
A flaring, flopping, flipping, flowing fish flung out of the fiery sea.
A dark, dark, dark, dragon was drinking Diet Coke in his den.
A spooky snake in Spain that was slimy, slithered by the shiny, slide screaming "STOP soup" slowly.
At the Spanish steps, a snake went swimming with a screw.
A flaming flamingo flopped around a frayed mat.
A freezing cold frightening night, a fish was finding his way home.
Slow snake went for a snake so he went to Spain and ate a spider.
A smart Spanish spider skated on a stripped snake.
